About Me

I'm a Computer Engineering student at the University of Alicante. I enjoy working with computers and software, and I love solving challenging problems.

I'm currently interested in developing various software engineering projects. Lately, I've been exploring systems and game development in C++, but I'm excited to learn about all fields and layers of software.

I'll be posting content and updating this website with my thoughts and learning insights.

Education

I'm in my final year of Computer Engineering (known as Ingeniería Informática in Spanish) at the University of Alicante. You can view the study plan here.

In Spain, there is no strict distinction between Computer Science, Computer Engineering, and Software Engineering—they are all referred to as Ingeniería Informática. In the third year, students can choose a specialization.

I'm primarily interested in the software side of computing, but I also enjoy some hardware-related topics.

Skills

I'm still studying, but during my degree and in my free time, I've been learning different technologies and programming languages.

• Web Development: I learned HTML, CSS, and JavaScript through The Odin Project and other resources. I then created projects using React, SvelteKit, and SQLite, such as OwlDoctor.
• Game Development: I started programming by making games in Unity with C#, although I no longer have the source code. Later, I built Pixel Portal, a simple game made in Godot when I was 15. I'm now working on a basic 2D game built without a game engine to improve my understanding of C++.
• University Experience: Throughout my studies, I've worked with many technologies and concepts:
  • Courses in Data Structures and Algorithms.
  • Python for math, statistics, and machine learning.
  • Full-stack development with PHP using Laravel, and C# with .NET and Angular.
  • Database design and development using SQL and NoSQL.
  • Unit testing in Java.
  • Object-Oriented Programming in C++ and Java.
